Exchange & Return Policy
We design our clothes to help you be and become the best version of yourself while pursuing a God-honoring life. We strongly believe in the quality of our products, browse and buy our items confidently while knowing you have 30 days to return or exchange your merchandise if necessary (some exceptions may apply).
Is my item eligible for return?
In order for your merchandise to be accepted for return, it must be in its original condition and, within 30 days of the order.
Original condition means the item must be unworn, unwashed and in resealable condition. Furthermore, your returned item will need to be accompanied by the original invoice or order number as well as all packaging, hang tags and any other related accessories if any.
Please note that no refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or after the allotted 30 days.
Is my item eligible for exchange?
If your item is the wrong size, flawed or you simply aren’t entirely satisfied with you purchase, you can exchange your item.
We will gladly accept the return of items that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered with the original hangtags attached along with, the purchase information within 30 days of the order shipment date.
What do I need to return my order?
In order to return your item, you will need to have access to the details of your order. These details should contain your order number as well as email address.
A receipt is not necessary to return your order however, you will need to give us your order number to receive a full refund to your original form of payment.
Your order number can be found in emails sent to you about your order.
How do I return my item by mail?
In order to print your return label, visit our return & exchange center. Once there You will have two options presented to you, you will have the option to go print less or to print your return label. Enter your order number followed by your email address and select the item for return.
If you do not own a printer or do not have access to one, we recommend you go with the printless option. You will get a mobile return code for your package. If you take the code you obtained to a FedEx store, they will print the label for you.
If you do own a printer, simply print a prepaid shipping label and packaging slip. Place the packaging slip inside the package after attaching the shipping label to the outside of said package. You can then drop the package off at FedEx who will take care of the mailing process. We also recommend you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Returns cannot be canceled once they are dropped off at FedEx.
If you use the shipping label we provide you with, the associated shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will not be charged a fee if:
- The item you received wasn’t what you ordered
- The item you received was defective
- If you ship your item for return in the same package as an item you have sent back to us for exchange
- If you choose an alternate carrier in which case, you will be responsible for the return costs.
International customers ordering from a store outside of their country will be responsible for all shipping costs and return.
Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for us to process your merchandise after receiving your returned or exchanged item. All refunds will then be made to the original form of payment.
How do I exchange my order?
All Heavenly Family apparel has an extended 30-day policy. If for any reason you have any problems with the item you received or are unsatisfied with your purchase you can exchange your merchandise for another size or color.
For all exchanges, please reach out to us with your order number which can be found on your receipt or, any email containing details about your order and we’ll make it happen in a timely manner.
It’s been over 30 days and I would still like to exchange my item?
Heavenly Family has got you covered! If it has been over 30 days since you ordered your item just reach out to us (some exceptions may apply). Please ensure your item is eligible for exchange as described above.
What about defective or flawed items?
We stand behind the quality of our apparel nonetheless, if you do receive a flawed or defective item and it has been less than 30 days since your purchase, you can exchange it through the means described above. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item (some exceptions may apply).
